    In one word, PERFECT!

    After my online order, I received a proper confirmation email stating that I could expect a message from the delivery service the very next day. It mentioned the delivery time. That indeed happened, and exactly at the time they indicated (between 11:30 and 12:30), I received my package at exactly 12:00!

    Both the first time (by phone) and the second time (online) went smoothly. I did find it strange that I couldn't pay with Ideal but had to use a bank transfer. Did that cause the delivery to take a few days longer?
